The table grape programme runs out of the Aegean — Alaşehir and Sarıgöl in Manisa are the centre of it — from mid-July to late October. Sultana is the volume seedless variety, Crimson closes the season, and Red Globe covers the large-berry seeded market that moves east.
Grape is the most transit-sensitive product in our range and the packing is what determines whether it arrives. Every export box carries a dual-release SO₂ generator pad, and the cold chain has to be unbroken from field to container: we pre-cool to core 0 °C within six hours of picking, and a lot that misses that window goes to the domestic market rather than into a container.
Buyers should specify whether the destination permits SO₂ pads — some organic and some Gulf programmes do not — because the packing, the shelf life and the price all change if they do not.
