Using modern technology and data-driven decisions, we transparently track every stage of our products' journey from the field to the consumer’s table, and maintain the highest level of food safety. Every product we supply is a guarantee that the highest quality standards have been met.

Grower and orchard block. Variety. Pick date and shift. Pre-cooling record and time-to-cool. Grading line. Packing date, caliber and packaging spec. QC sample results. Pallet and container assignment.

Traceability is worth exactly as much as the speed at which it answers a question under pressure. When a receiver flags a problem, the useful response is not a filing cabinet — it is the block, the pick date, the shift and the other pallets from the same lot.

Pendingtesting frequency, the accredited laboratory used, and the MRL regimes screened against (EU, UK, Gulf, Russia) are still to be supplied.
