Pomegranate — Hicaznar from October, holding in store to February — deep arils, high acid, built for transit.
Potato — Agria and Marfona from the Cappadocian highlands — September lift, supply to June.
Strawberry — Silifke under protection from December — a winter berry when most of Europe has none.
Tomato — Antalya glasshouse fruit from October to June — beef, cluster, cherry and cocktail.
Watermelon — Crimson Sweet from Adana in April under tunnel, open field into September.
Zucchini — Dark green and Turkish pale types from Antalya, October to June.
